Rules of Play

• Use of playground equipment is at your own risk. Improper use of equipment prohibited is first and top list for everyone.
• Magic loft accepts no responsibilities for injuries, nor will it entertain any claims for damages, resulting from the use of the play area. Other accidents will be acted after full consideration of the actual situation.
• Magic loft is NOT a childcare centre, we only provide general supervision of play area only.
• All children must always be supervised at all time by an adult (OVER 18 YEARS OLD), it is an offence to leave your children unattended.
• All children must wear the non-slip socks. Adults or supervisors must wear socks in play area for hygiene and safety reasons.
• No bare foot, no shoes.
• Do not carry sharp items admission.
• Please no food, drinks in play area.
• No pushing, running, shoving, wrestling, or yelling.
• Different play equipment is suitable for different age of children, please refer to the instruction of each play equipment.
• Be respectful to others.
• Magic loft play equipment cater for children up to 13 years of age only.
• No jumping or pushing from the top and no climbing back down the stairs.
• No adults playing on all equipment.
• The wristband is valid only on the day. Expired wristbands and tickets are non-refundable and non-changeable.

• We endeavour to provide a clean and safe environment. But we also need to ask you help us minimize the spread of germs.
• Parents are requested to pay attention to ensure the health of children and themselves.
• Sanitize hands before playing and eating.
• If you or your child has experienced vomiting or diarrhoea in the last 48-72 hours. Please do not visit our playground and café
• Any kids observed to have a fever, vomit, or show other outward signs of illness will be asked to leave. We look forward to seeing you another time.
• Need to inform staff if you have allergy before purchase. Cannot 100% guarantee cross contamination.
• If you are not feeling well after having our food, we have the right to ask for providing doctor certificate in 48hrs after the time you entered Magic Loft.

Smoking and the consumption of alcohol are always prohibited in our place.

• Please take care of your belongings and do not leave your thing unattended.
• We provide free locker. Please inform our staff if you need it. ($10 cash deposit - refundable)
• Please remove all loose items such as watches, jewellery, and head pieces before entering the playground.
• Magic loft accepts no responsibilities for loss of stolen articles.
