Magic Loft play equipment cater for children under 13 years old only.
For hygiene and safety reasons, the socks must be worn at all time.
The children must wear non-slip socks, and the adults should wear normal socks to enter the play area. No bare feet, no shoes.
Children under 5 years old should be supervised at all the time and only caregivers over 18 years may supervise.
The caregiver is responsible for their kids.
Adult is not allowed to play on the equipment.
The wristband is valid only on the day.
Expired wristbands and tickets are non-refundable and non-changeable.
