Q & A
When can I enter and decorate the party room?
You can come to the room 10 - 15 minutes earlier to set up the room. This period will not be charged.
What should I bring to the party?
Please bring your cutting cake knife, lighter, candles, tableware for adults
How much deposit I need to pay?
You are required to pay $200 the deposit for reserving the party room.
How to cancel a reservation?
Please contact customer service by email or WeChat to cancel your reservation. ($200 deposit is non-refundable, but you can delay the party OR switch to credit.)
Does the package include Children non-socks?
Socks are not including in the package. You can bring your own non-socks or buy it in store.
Do I need to pay for under one year old?
Under 12 month is free.
